HOW WE WORK
The Rezaie Consulting Group only works with clients that we believe will make good partners. For us to achieve the most value and expectations our clients expect from our services, our clients and our advisors need to be aligned, have the proper chemistry, and the communication genuine.
Once you connect with us, the process is as follows:
Initial Phone - Call 30-60 minutes
We will establish an initial phone call whereby the following topics will be discussed:
-Business need - We will discuss your current business, revenue & operations. We will also discuss more importantly goals and obstacles you wish to achieve and overcome.
-Business background and history - We will discuss how you have come to where you are, processes, and achievements thus far.
-Business goals - We will discuss specific goals that can be used to measure progress.
-Budget and commitment - We will discuss your budget allocation for this effort as well as your time commitment and any additional parameters so we may plan for success.
-Questions and answers - We will discuss and address open questions and determine next steps.
Proposal / Non-Disclosure Agreement
Once we have reviewed the above topics, if we believe there is a true “fit”, we will draft a proposal outlining our services and timeframe, as well as providing you with a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Our services are not for everyone. Our skills our unique, our people are beyond excellent, and our experiences are unsurpassed. We choose who we want to partner with carefully. We do this simply so that once we partner with a client, we are true partners, our ratio for success increases dramatically, and we fulfill and exceed expectations.
We work in confidence with all our clients and we want them to know we will not share data, trade secrets, or information garnered from our time with them. We want you to succeed. We want you to achieve your goals. We exist to help you achieve your goals.
Once the proposal is accepted you will be asked to sign a contract outlining our service agreement, scope of work, and agreeing to our fees and billing terms.
-Rates – We work lump sum only. This depends on what your needs are, your timing and your goals, will determine our fee. Our fees are inclusive of any travel and expenses and the amount of travel will be explicitly laid out.
